"Ilia, can we talk for a moment?" Those words alone would normally send shivers up her spine and perhaps they should honestly. Blake didn't often do the one on one talks, only whenever their partner, Yang was being obstinate and a bit more bullheaded than she should have been.

Ilia smiled at Blake though, eyes flashing gold to reflect her eye colour. A little party trick she learned when she was younger and it had originally made both of her partners giggle at her, but now it seems to only harden the resolve in Blake's face. Yang gave her a sympathetic look. She didn't offer any consoling or answers when Ilia prodded at her, so the only way she knew what was going to happen was to follow her girlfriend out of the kitchen.
